Responsibilities

Lead the detailed design of renewable energy systems, including substations, transmission, distribution, P&C, telecommunications, and power studies.

Provide cross-discipline reviews and quality assurance for deliverables.

Mentor junior staff and support project execution.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards.

Develop cost estimates, client proposals, and project schedules.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive projects to completion.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)

5+ years of experience in designing and operating PV solar projects, BESS projects, microgrids, DER projects, wind farm projects, substations, overhead and/or underground transmission/distribution lines (4 kV through 500kV)

Proficient in electrical engineering tasks such as design, calculations, cost estimation, and construction support

Familiarity with standards and regulations

Strong communication skills
