Responsibilities
Oversee all states of the project life-cycle
Manage the project scope and project status
Work with the contractors and external vendors
Coordinate utility work
Ensure work follows industry standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Oversee projects from bidding to execution
Manage contractors and requests for quotes
Act as the point of contact for clients

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project engineering or project management.
Proven expertise in external piping systems (carbon steel, PVC) and utility projects.
Familiarity with industry standards and involvement with Gross Building Area evaluation is a plus.
Proficient in schedule development, cost estimation, and project coordination.
Experience working with site engineers, technicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
Hybrid work model flexibility; ability to be onsite as required.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Preferred
Pharma project experience is not necessary.
