Responsibilities

Determining project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all customer's facilities requirements.

Developing relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate design and operational success.

Surveying and appraising building systems for value-adding project opportunities.

Developing equipment specifications and construction drawings to ensure accuracy.

Preparing solutions design, proposals, and presentations.

Managing project submittal review and approval to maintain project scope and schedule.

Supporting engineering evaluation process in project opportunities.

Providing on-site engineering support for project team to meet design intent and project milestones.

Monitoring, tracking, and controlling outcomes to resolve issues and conflicts.

Assisting in preparation of MEP assessments and detailed engineering reports.

Coordinating project-specific engineering.

Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
