Responsibilities

Learning what it means to be the main contact for the project at the jobsite

Overseeing the project to assist in proper project scheduling, delivery logistics, staging & phasing, quality control, and employee staffing levels

Communicating with Owner and Architect/Engineer regarding field issues and assisting in issue resolution

Demonstrating leadership in safety, delivery logistics, quality control, and employee staffing levels

Coordinating project-specific safety pre-planning and ensuring compliance with Harper safety requirements

Conducting weekly Toolbox Talks and Safety Stand down Training as necessary

Participating in incident investigations and conducting site safety inspections

Assisting in creating schedules, determining work sequencing, and overseeing coordination of all trade partners

Managing timesheets, daily reports, jobsite equipment, and relationships with Safety Manager

Recognizing and ensuring compliance with building codes, ADA requirements, and required inspections

Utilizing Procore for daily logs, directory navigation, drawings, inspections, punch lists, RFIs, schedules, specs, submittals, and timesheets

Being detail-oriented, maintaining a 'Can Do' attitude, building relationships, and demonstrating strong communication, budgeting, organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills
