Responsibilities
Ability to acquire, organize, review and distribute project submittals & RFIs.
Skills to create and maintain all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
Ability to communicate with the owner and client representatives.
Skills to maintain project budgets and complete required cost reports.
Ability to schedule self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
Skills to read and interpret documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Required
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree. Preferably with 3 years or more experience.
High level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6
