Building and operating permit acquisition
SWPPP monitoring & compliance
Certified payroll monitoring assistance
Safety orientation, monitoring, & reporting
Project Closeout
Register development and management
O&M’s, warranties, as-builts, extra stock collection compliance
Commissioning, testing, agency sign-off
Owner training & instruction
Archiving
Expeditiously clearing out obstacles
Procurement & coordination with the project schedule
Log development and management
Quality Control
Material procurement matches submittal
Workmanship compliance and monitoring
CDA / BIM
Work to complete and punch list development and management
Field Resolution
Assemble conflict resolution

Required

Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent (Construction preferred)
2 Years preferred experience
Continuing education in Safety and First Aid
Recommended Computer Skills: CMiC Manager, Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Demands: This is a field and/or office position with work occurring on one or multiple sites at a time. Working from the job site and/or visiting multiple projects is required. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise. Includes climbing, accessing high places, carrying and being in proximity to moving mechanical parts. Requires frequent bending, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking and lifting 20 lbs. or more.
