Required
Ability to process submittals
2-3 years of experience as a construction project engineer or assistant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or two years of commercial construction experience
OSHA training
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)
Experience with Building Information Modeling
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings
