Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering activities and schedules.

Communicates with subcontractors and prepares monthly pay estimates.

Updates the Project CPM schedule and job budgets, change orders, and cost reports for management review.

Must have prior experience in construction of Large infrastructure projects, with knowledge of grading, drainage, earthmoving, concrete, excavation, mechanical, tunnel, and water reservoir.

Required

BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Must have prior experience in construction of Large infrastructure (hydropower & dam/levee projects is a plus)

Minimum 1 to 3 years of similar construction projects experience

Familiar with grading, drainage, earthmoving, concrete, excavation, mechanical, tunnel and water reservoir

Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented

Preferred

Experience with softwares (AutoCAD/Plan Swift for quantity take off and HCSS Heavy Bid for Estimating) is a plus

Propeller or Trimble Business Center knowledge is a plus

Familiar with utilization of GPS based Survey equipment (like Rovers and Drones)
