Responsibilities

Acts as a safety leader by complying with safety rules and encouraging employee involvement in safety activities.

Determines customer's needs, identifies problems, and evaluates alternate solutions to define project scope.

Prepares project documentation, coordinates project costs and scheduling, and communicates project updates.

Provides purchasing services for project materials, coordinates installation, and offers engineering support for troubleshooting.

Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure equipment safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Participates in Continuous Improvement projects and leads teams as required.

Required

A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field - BSEE or BSME degree with 3- 5 years of experience.

Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Trade journals, technical seminars.

Basic knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software, including: Word, Excel, and Project. Capable of using AutoCAD and any required electrical programming software.
