Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules for efficient project execution
Prepare baseline scheduling documents and assess impacts on critical path activities
Monitor schedule deviations, provide progress reports, and analyze schedule variances
Review schedules with project team members, verify schedule integrity, and evaluate activity sequences for constructability
Analyze change orders for schedule impacts, resource load schedules, and verify physical progress of activities on job-sites
Prepare project submittals, draft RFI's, subcontracts, and purchase orders, negotiate contract pricing
Perform budgeting, cost projections, word processing, and correspond with owners and engineers
Attend progress meetings, interpret plans and specifications, communicate effectively with stakeholders
Manage deliveries from suppliers, schedule and coordinate subcontractors, maintain installation records
Track equipment hours, meet with subcontractors and suppliers on site, attend field meetings, take progress photos

Required
Construction/related degree with 4+ years construction scheduling experience
Excellent computer skills and analytical ability
Experience working with Primavera P6
Understanding of industrial construction process
Must have ability to interpret contract specifications and drawings
Knowledge of contract procedures and principles
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Ability to understand construction logic and sequencing of complex projects
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Preferred
P.E. license
