Responsibilities
Participate in the buy-out strategy and execution for assigned bid packages. Responsibilities include preparing scopes of work, facilitating the bid process, evaluating submitted bids, conducting scope review meetings with subcontractors, and final selection of successful subcontractors.
Assist in the evaluation of design documents for completeness, clarity, and constructability.
Manage the RFI process for assigned Bid Packages.
Manage the submittal process for assigned Bid Packages with a focus on conformance with the design and coordination with other trades.
Manage costs associated with assigned Bid Packages with a focus on change negotiations and cost projections.
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in identifying and resolving conflicts on a daily basis.
Mentor Project Coordinators assigned to the project team.
All other duties assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architectural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering and/or a equivalent combination of experience and continuing education.
Experience in construction management, civil engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field required.
Requires standing, walking, and sitting.
Requires frequent operation of equipment.
Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects, etc.
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
