Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling assigned aspects of projects.
Work collaboratively with Project Managers, various engineering disciplines, Estimators, Contractor Foremen, and General Superintendents.
Serve as the technical communication/coordination lead across all engineering disciplines, Clients, General Contractors, Vendors, Subcontractors, and Management Staff.
Develop Scopes of Work for construction of engineered designs.
Ensure projects adhere to the scope and schedule.
Process submittals from vendors and work through revisions and equipment releasing.
Lead Client and Contractor interface, schedule/attend meetings, and provide written reports.
Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development.

Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Experience leading small teams required
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing projects
Preferred
Scheduling and planning software experience
