Responsibilities
You will provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects
Provide technical engineering information to project managers and field management as required ensuring work performed onsite meets design and quality standards
Manage, develop and submit RFI’s, O&M manuals and other project documents
Schedule equipment and material while coordinating with vendors
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules

Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering Management (Other applicable engineering degrees may be acceptable)
Possess sharp analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers at various levels within an organization (i.e. owners, GC’s, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, drafters, and field trades)
High Mechanical aptitude and interest in building construction
Preferred
Construction project engineering, project management or internship experience working for a commercial mechanical or building construction contractor
