Project Engineer

Responsibilities
Assist the project management team in coordinating and planning daily project activities.
Prepare and review submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain daily documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain all required approvals prior to the implementation of work activities.
Assist the field coordinator in monitoring manpower, payroll, and procurement activities.
Support the project team in identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other project team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering in a similar environment (e.g., construction, engineering, manufacturing).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Experience working with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
Previous experience working on large-scale industrial electrical projects.
