Responsibilities
Design, execute, and provide project management of GEA Custom Engineered Refrigeration Product contracts.
Interact with various groups within GEA including the Product Costing Group, Sales team, Global Operations factory, and Service Support.
Execute contracts within job budget and time constraints, providing necessary contract documentation for customer/shop requirements.
Work with drafters to implement shop and customer drawings and bills of materials.
Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with all GEA organization units and supporting Service Support during system commissioning.
Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems during project execution and system commissioning phases.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Five to ten years total experience in applied engineering
Three to ten years’ experience in application and/or development of products for industrial refrigeration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and resolve issues
Detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration and/or HVAC
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, including other GEA organization units who provide project support
Strong sense of urgency for task completion while ensuring accurate and quality results
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to envision ideas others may not
