Responsibilities
Lead the site team from project conceptualization through completion.
Develop success criteria based on performance, schedule, and budget.
Direct resource management, including labor, materials, and time.
Assess and select vendors; review bid documents.
Actively manage project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Prepare monthly progress and cost reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and support customer needs.

Required
B.S. in Engineering plus a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through projects to successful completion.
Proficient in project management software, preferably MSProject.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Provide leadership through example and sharing of knowledge/skills.
