Responsibilities
Prepare project submittals based on plans and specifications.
Work with the transfer of the project from Preconstruction to the Operations Team; including review of scope, schedule, estimated hours per trade and project requirements.
Prepare, submit, track and revise project documentation to customers, general contractors and engineering firms.
Prepare project tracking documentation for project operations team.
Assist project team with tracking of project performance based on cost and scope completed.
Review, submit and track project closeout documentation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Medical Gas piping
Ability to prepare project submittals based on plans and specifications
Experience in reviewing project specifications for project compliance
Strong organizational skills to set up and track project documents
Ability to work with internal and external team members to ensure project success
