Responsibilities

Prepare, track, update, and distribute project Requests for Information (RFI’s) using Procore

Organize and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings, including preparing meeting agenda and minutes

Manage MSDS documents, ensuring accessibility and updating

Ensure subcontractors submit daily reports in Procore

Review, process, and track all project submittals in Procore

Maintain Permit Log(s) and ensure permits are saved in project files

Upload, update, and maintain project plans and revisions in Procore

Assist Superintendent with daily safety walks and safety inspections

Assist Superintendent with schedule updates and manage project schedules

Coordinate, schedule, and participate in team and project meetings, preparing meeting minutes

Request, track, and prepare project closeout documents for electronic transfer

Communicate with subcontractors, complete tasks with interruptions, and interact with various work groups

Travel as required for projects out of the city limits

Required

Must have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to adjust quickly as priorities change

Basic knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Basic knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Understanding of facets of the construction process

Familiarity with MS Word and Construction Management applications (ex: Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, Primavera)

Excellent organization and time management skills

AS or BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience in construction management

Preferred

Preferred working experience in construction management
