Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of projects including physical construction, schedule, required reports, and financial aspects.
Interact with architects, engineers, tradesmen, subcontractors, and owners.
Attend meetings with partners and project managers.
Provide bi-weekly project updates to the entire team.
Work closely with owners for bid preparation and proposal development.
Communicate and interact with sub-contractors and component suppliers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience overseeing all facets of construction projects including physical construction, schedule, reports, and financial aspects
Ability to interact with architects, engineers, tradesmen, subcontractors, and owners
Experience in attending meetings with partners and project managers
Strong communication skills for bid preparation, proposal development, and project updates
Ability to work closely with owners, conduct walk-throughs, and interact with subcontractors and suppliers
No discrimination based on various factors as per company policy
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Knowledge of community and municipal, healthcare, entertainment, retail, and multi-family projects
Experience with ESOPs
Leadership experience or awards
Familiarity with concrete, steel, joist, precast, and masonry components
