Responsibilities

Accurately interpret client's technical specifications and produce compliant technical process proposals.

Coordinate activities with Sales Engineers to ensure proposed processes meet customer expectations.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as needed.

Provide technical expertise or support to production related to manufacturing.

Participate in development tests in-house and in the field.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Minimum of five years’ experience in designing equipment; knowledge of hydraulics and metal fabrication; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient computer skills using a variety of software applications systems, including Microsoft Office Products, Visio, and CADD

Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

Ability to travel by land and air up to 30% both domestically and globally

Valid driver’s license and US Passport, or ability to obtain required
