Responsibilities

Support field labor

Provide labor contract feedback

Handle equipment & subcontractor procurement

Manage document control

Coordinate between designers, skilled trades, and subcontractors

Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes & impacts, etc.

Assist in the development of project schedules
