Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects associated with new equipment implementation, existing equipment modification, or facility improvement.
Develop equipment purchase, acceptance, and installation specifications.
Verify requirements, designs, and schedules with internal stakeholders.
Document master project schedule and complete full project documentation.
Develop reliability strategies for new equipment installations and provide troubleshooting support.
Support environmental, health, safety, and quality objectives.
Support continuous improvement efforts through various teams and conduct FMEA on equipment and processes.
Nurture relationships with OEM equipment suppliers and stay current on industry trends.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience as a Project or Manufacturing Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (Food, Beverage, Pharma, or Cosmetics industries are preferred)
Demonstrated prior accomplishment of machinery, systems, and/or facility projects
Demonstrated knowledge of electro-mechanical production equipment and their integration into larger cells, production lines, or systems
Demonstrated knowledge of facility systems (Electrical Power, HVAC, Domestic/Process Water and Associated Plumbing, Compressed Air, General Construction)
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD programs
