Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day on-site administration activities including helping maintain the project progress schedule, coordinating material deliveries, preparing material takeoffs, and interfacing with the management team.
Communicate all on-site activities, issues, and progress to the Lead Superintendent/Superintendent, and document daily construction activities via field reports.
Ensure project costs, schedule, and quality are maintained, assist in the buyout process, and enforce jobsite safety and security measures.
Coordinate temporary facilities for the project, handle conflict resolution, maintain project records, and track the warranty service process.
Manage all on-site deliveries, communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, and interact with various stakeholders including subcontractors, design consultants, and local officials.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of multi-family field management experience
Exceptional ability to read, analyze and understand design documents, blueprints, and Microsoft Project Schedules
Experience organizing, filing, creating spreadsheets and mathematical skills
Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and be a safety-conscious individual
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Detail and deadline-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Advanced problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
