Responsibilities
Help develop a strong team dynamic and positive work environment.
Assist with task and work plan meetings.
Responsible for providing insight and feedback for the financial performance of the project(s).
Manage project specific safety plan in addition to corporate safety plan.
Observe adherence to project plans & specifications.
Change order management creation.
Adhere to quality and workmanship standards per contract specifications.
Assist superintendents and crews with material ordering and quantity management.
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for timely progression of work activities.
Create and process: submittals and submittal logs, RFI’s material delivery log, etc.
Basic knowledge of cost control
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Takes the initiative to engage with supervisor and teammates in training, learning processes and developing oneself.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Efficient in PDF Editing
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
One to two years of work experience in the heavy highway construction industry is preferred
