Responsibilities

Provide the top tier of hands-on support for assigned client accounts.

Ensure consistent implementation of deployed technologies and Vertilocity standards.

Manage escalated issues with Support Technicians and provide post-review on resolved escalated incidents.

Continuously maintain client technical documentation.

Maintain client user contact information and ensure each supported individual's information is current and accurate.

Implement configurations for firewalls, wireless solutions, switches, servers, as well desktop/pcs for future use for each supported client.

Have the ability to manage Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems.

For example, ensuring proper backups are created and having the ability to restore from a Backup and Disaster Discovery System.

Track all time and expenses associated with job responsibilities.

Work with the Project Manager to ensure SOW and project deadlines are met within the set client’s expectations.

Identify and communicate opportunities with assigned clients.

Handle escalated tickets.
