Responsibilities

Project Timeline: Establish and adjust project timelines in collaboration with departments and partners.
Design and Planning: Drive the Detail Design process and oversee construction planning from client contract to automation system installation.
Installation and Coordination: Manage all installation and construction aspects, coordinating with customers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and the WITRON onsite team.
Communication Hub: Serve as the primary communication interface between our construction, logistics teams, and sub-contractors.
Safety Champion: Conduct random checks of safety training and measures, ensuring compliance across all construction areas.
Documentation Expert: Organize and verify acceptance documents of MHE installations, assisting the project team with the 'Take Over'.
Site Support Specialist: Travel periodically to job sites, providing essential support to our onsite construction team.

Required

A BS in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
A solid understanding of project management, construction, and/or industrial automation
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
A minimum of 3 years in construction management, project engineering, or a related field
Availability to travel frequently to locations across the United States and Canada

Preferred

Knowledge of German is helpful but not required
