Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
Provide specific directions to project teams through written and verbal communication for timely execution of work.
Conceptualize solutions, define budgetary needs/scope, gain approval for funding, forecast spending, and accrue financials.
Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and contingency strategies.
Uphold project standards by ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Track project performance and analyze completion of key goals.
Document and report project progress to stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams.
Provide expert-level project management for high-value, high-complexity projects.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science, technology or engineering discipline is required.
5 years or more of experience in commissioning and qualifying bio-pharmaceutical facilities and equipment or in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Access skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service driven.
Problem solving and analytics aptitude.
Preferred
Experience with project management or engineering is preferred.
Experience in a Biotechnology manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
PMP certification or Project Management Certification is highly preferred.
