Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and own project plans, schedules, and budgets for the entire project life cycle.
Lead the detailed design and engineering process of the anaerobic digestion facilities, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards and regulatory requirements.
Navigate and obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant regulatory bodies to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Assist the Construction Manager with future and ongoing construction activities, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Oversee and coordinate the commissioning process to ensure the smooth and efficient start-up of anaerobic digestion facilities.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the facility meets performance specifications.
Identify and mitigate project risks, providing innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.
Prepare and maintain project risk registers to identify, track, and mitigate project risks to minimize adverse impacts to projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the engineering, permitting, and construction oversight of renewable energy projects, preferably anaerobic digestion, wastewater, or waste-to-energy projects
Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred
Master’s degree and/or Professional Engineering license is a plus.
The successful candidate will travel to the company headquarters in Cincinnati and its project sites as needed, with extended periods of travel expected during the start-up and commissioning phases of the projects.
Preference will be given to candidates that are located near one of our office locations in Cincinnati, OH, Portsmouth, NH or near one of our Project Sites.
