Responsibilities
Manage all phases of engineering activities for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction phases of assigned projects
Execute operations capital projects including revamp and TAR projects
Support internal standard or product line development activities
Ensure engineering design meets contractual obligations, is safely delivered on time, and within budget with the required quality
Proactively manage risk and changes to the engineering scope, schedule, and budgeted quantities
Coordinate and lead internal and external design reviews
Identify and coordinate resolution of technical issues and resource constraints
Support Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction by coordinating resolution of technical issues
Ensure alignment of engineering activities with the overall project schedule and plans
Ensure effective technical coordination internally and with clients or third-party representatives
Contribute to Project Gate Review meetings
Functional use of work processes and regional scope splits as defined in the Linde Integrated Management System (IMS)

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years' experience in LNG, Natural Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Industrial Gas (H2, ASU etc.) or EPC industry
An understanding of codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to facility design and engineering
5+ years in a Project Engineering or any engineering discipline lead role
Proven record in managing broad range of projects including large ($100MM+) capital investments is required
Knowledge of design reviews, HAZOP / P&ID reviews, customer/supplier interface, and construction experience working with municipalities on permit submittal requirements
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Project Management certification (PMI/PMP)
A track record in the management of detailed engineering activities and modularized process plant
