Responsibilities

Capture, record, organize and track complex requirements, actions, and tasks for the customer and program team.

Assist Front Office in assessing, documenting, tracking, and forecasting new program requirements and technical exchange meetings (TEMs).

Help with business process definition for the overall Office.

Create and maintain Front Office reporting.

Triage and prioritize actions and tasks.

Coordinate project schedules, participate in meetings, document and distribute minutes and action items, and track action items.

Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.

Understand workflows across the divisions.

Provide support to various functional teams, such as technical writing, editing, and integration of sources into a cohesive product.

Compose technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.

Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user's manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
