Responsibilities
Develops project plans and understands how to revise to meet changing needs and requirements.
Completes various setup, configuration, and activation tasks.
Manages or delivers services required to meet implementation goals on time and with high quality.
Monitors customer issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Communicates project information, including difficult/sensitive information, to customer, team, and management.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
Maintains intermediate knowledge of product functionality.
Manages complex implementations where multiple source systems are coordinated/converted.
Mentors employees by shadowing and providing timely and constructive feedback on performance.
Facilitates/participates in special committees between divisions/departments.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Customer Service experience
Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation and other product issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
PMP Certification
Insurance industry knowledge
Implementation experience
Data Conversion experience
