Responsibilities

Lead and manage capital projects valued at $5 million or more, with potential projects exceeding $100 million

Oversee project lifecycle from conceptual design through final delivery, adhering to client's guidelines and procedures

Develop estimates, eCIR documentation, and budget submissions

Conduct technical evaluations, project risk analyses, and financial evaluations

Coordinate procurement activities and manage design processes

Supervise contractors across all disciplines during construction phases

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client's Contractor Safety procedures

Implement change control processes and manage cost controls

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Operations/Manufacturing, and government agencies
