Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal accounting concepts, processes, and reporting requirements, with technical proficiency in the PeopleSoft Federal Financials environment.

Utilize the full suite of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Access, and Visio, to support project deliverables and office operations.

Coordinate and implement contingency plans for report submissions in case of system malfunctions, including providing hard copies followed by electronic copies as soon as systems are restored.

Maintain direct supervision over the contractor’s employees, ensuring effective task execution and adherence to project scope, while government representatives provide guidance within contractual limits.

Uphold the contractor's role as an independent entity, avoiding any appearance of partnership, joint ventures, or supervisory relationships with government employees.

Oversee adherence to non-personal services contract stipulations, ensuring all responsibilities align with the contractor’s obligations and remain distinct from government oversight functions.
