Responsibilities
Liaise between PMs, vendors, and internal departments to help the PM department deliver on contract and Amplity standards
Coordination of various project activities, including data management requirements assigned to the PM function in Workday
Creation, maintenance of and/or improvements to tools, templates and processes for projects managed by the PM team
Assisting PMs in facilitation of information exchange between workstreams, documentation of processes, and the effective and efficient management of tools like Box, Teams, Sharepoint
Distributes communications to internal departments, field, and clients
Assist PMs with troubleshooting and/or escalation of various issues effecting the delivery of contract scope
Assists Project Managers as needed in other project related duties
Complete special projects as assigned by head of PM department

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years’ experience working in a customer service environment, in support of external customers
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support and service
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated decision making skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
Executive decision making skills
Preferred
Pharmaceutical or CSO experience
Experience with Workday, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex
