Provide support to the Project Management Team within the Asset Management department.
Assist in the implementation, execution, and tracking of business plans with a focus on renovations.
Direct written and verbal communications between Operations Teams and Contractors.
Actively problem solve to address any issues as they arise.
Prepare deliverables to lenders and investors of multifamily properties throughout the United States.
