Responsibilities
Commercialization Readiness
Prepare for product line commercialization, including defining pack configurations, setting up pricing structures, and managing P&Ls.
Club Rotation Management
Oversee existing and new product rotations for Club accounts through FY25.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time market execution, omni-channel support, and obsolescence risk management.
Develop and prepare sell-in materials for account presentations.
Brand Graphics Transition
Act as business lead for the transition of Club products to updated brand graphics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timeline expectations, transition schedules, and obsolescence risk for older materials.
New Value Product Offering
Ensure commercialization readiness for new value product offerings by defining pack configurations and setting up pricing and P&L structures (UPC setup TBD).

Required
5+ years in a project management role with experience in Club accounts like Sam's Club, Costco, BJ’s, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Quick learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical and creative thinking abilities to balance innovation with market requirements.
Experience in commercialization, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional project collaboration.
Comfortable working independently and proactively seeking clarification to drive projects forward.
Preferred
Familiarity with IRI or Nielsen is advantageous.
Ideally familiar with commercialization processes, particularly in preparing products for Club environments.
