Responsibilities

Contribute to the Portfolio Project Management team’s projects supporting Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity and Operations, Digital Workplace, End User, Claimant and Platform Application Services.
Work with Project Managers to update actions and status for ongoing projects.
Work with Service Delivery Manager to track work assignments, collect information and share status updates to the team.
Participate in project internal and external meetings for data collection and reporting.
Work with Project Managers to identify and track project risks throughout the life of the project.
Support project reporting, metrics collection, test and deployment management activities.
Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones and deliverables.
Assist in the proposal process as necessary.
Support the development and maintenance of processes, checklists, and procedures.

Required

Enrolled in a degree program as a Business or Computer Information Systems (or similar) major with graduation planned 2026 - 2027
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to obtain a security clearance
US citizenship required
GPA of 3.0 or better

Preferred

Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations, including schedule management.
Candidate should possess excellent leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.
