Required
Must have experience in market research, particularly in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Must have team management experience with a size of 5 direct report.
This position requires candidates reside in NJ, NY, CT, IL or CA state ONLY.
Preferred
Solid background in market research with a focus on the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and a proven track record in team management.
Exceptional project management acumen with a flair for leading teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and effectively influencing stakeholders.
Understandably navigating high-pressure situations and maintaining high performance under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and project management software and well-versed in digital transformation processes.
