Responsibilities
Cultivate strategic relationships with brand leads and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication between regional teams and global initiatives.
Align project scope with brand leads to meet regional and global goals. Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Ensure the team adapt brand strategies to fit regional market dynamics and consumer preferences. Provide insights on regional market trends to inform strategy and planning.
Ensure marketing activities adhere to global brand standards. Conduct quality reviews to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Track campaign performance and project KPIs. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
Manage budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial limits. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize value.
Collaborate with design, production, and other teams for comprehensive execution. Lead and mentor project managers. On-board new local team members into the studio, with support of the Global Resourcing Manager, Global Program Director and Business Director.
Drive improvements in account management and project execution. Implement innovative practices to optimize strategic outcomes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in interpersonal communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of new media and digital marketing trends.
A desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn.
Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes.
Experience in mentoring, developing and training team members.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on efficiency and creativity.
Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients.
Proven skills in managing and strengthening client relationships.
Preferred
Experience working with technology sector clients is highly desirable.
