Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist Project Managers by participating in project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on deliverables.
Schedule Management: Maintain detailed schedules for each project, tracking essential activities and deadlines, and adapt schedules as necessary.
Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers to meet project-specific requirements and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
PMO Intake Process: Support the intake process by collecting, analyzing, and communicating with project requestors.
Customer Service: Provide strong customer service and manage stakeholder expectations.
Budgeting: Understand and support the budgeting process for projects.
Communication: Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders effectively.
Problem Solving: Analyze business problems and identify appropriate solutions.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize MS365 products (Word, Access, Outlook) and project management tools.

Required

Project Management Coordination: Experience in managing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, and demonstrating project coordination skills.
Technical/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SAS, cloud-based project management tools, or Excel.

Stakeholder Management: Focused on customer satisfaction and managing stakeholder relationships.
Eagerness to Learn: Thirst for knowledge and openness to learning new skills. Entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
