Responsibilities

Research the club volleyball landscape to help the team build the pipeline.

Regularly update team pipeline to help track team progress against goals.

Work closely with and support the Deal Lead and Club Recruiting Manager in managing the acquisition process from start to finish including:

Manage NDA process

Analyze potential club purchases, including both qualitative and quantitative factors

Collaborate closely with the finance, facilities, and legal departments to conduct thorough due diligence on the operations of potential clubs

Prepare for investment committee meetings

Facilitate with our legal team the review and negotiation of legal documents

Track progress of each club recruiting process from start to finish

Participate in and help track call notes with potential clubs.

Update and work closely with Regional Club Leaders (RCLs) on a weekly basis.

Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our new clubs.

Collaborate with marketing to keep Club Recruiting marketing materials relevant and up to date.

Help keep prospective clubs updated on announcements.
