Responsibilities
Field, evaluate, and quickly respond to project requests, defining resource requirements and negotiating assignments with functional managers.
Ensure project feasibility and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and oversee projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with collaborators at all levels to lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing updates.
Collaborate with various team members to assess needs in stakeholder meetings.
Provide knowledgeable, professional, and efficient support to various internal collaborators.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Standardize project management templates and tools to streamline workflow and improve efficiency across teams.
Continuously analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Establish and enforce best practices for project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to suggest and implement process enhancements.
Leverage project management software to automate repetitive tasks and improve project tracking and reporting capabilities.
Create and maintain tools for supporting project management needs, including resource pages, folders, meeting scheduling, and note-taking.
Ensure key processes are updated and maintained, supporting necessary trainings.
Provide emergency backfill support as needed.
Ensure vendor payments and contracts are addressed comprehensively, timely, and accurately.

Required
3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or creative production for Marketing/Communications.
Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure within time-sensitive situations.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and social skills; ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team.
Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and status reports.
Proficiency with Project Management Software/Work platforms.
Experience with coordinated creative workflows.
Knowledge of video, design, and copywriting/editing processes.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and budgeting documents.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.
Preferred
Familiarity with marketing/fundraising campaigns.
Experience with non-profit and international contexts.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
PMP Certification.
