Responsibilities
Managing the import of goods by air and by sea, including customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
Managing exporting of the goods by air or sea back to origin or to customer-preferred destinations
Communication with overseas agents, customers, airlines, ocean terminals, customs brokers and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaising in person with customers, suppliers, and general show contractors when on exhibition site.
Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, Powers of Attorney and other relevant paperwork.
Approval of supplier invoices invoicing to overseas offices.
Mange relationships with customers and vendors while providing a high level of customer service.

Required
Minimum of 3 years logistics experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably managing freight for tradeshows or special events
Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent fields is required; In Lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years’ experience will be accepted.
Experience with CargoWise, SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications is needed.
English (reading, writing, and verbal)
Good mathematical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
Cargo Wise logistics software would be helpful.
Fluency in English required.
Basic understanding of accounting.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating costs and rates.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required.
