Responsibilities
Defines project scope and objectives.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conduct project meetings and project tracking and analysis.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manages the integration of subcontractor tasks and tracks and reviews subcontractor deliverables, as applicable.
Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific project.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Track milestones and make adjustments as necessary.
Utilize and implement project management methodologies that ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, adhere to a high-quality standard, and meet customer’s requirements.
Typically performs all functional duties independently.

Required
5+ years’ experience in project management or related field
Experience with managing software application development projects of various sizes, including client interaction and meeting facilitation
Knowledge of project management disciplines as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge
Experience defining project scope, developing work plans and project schedules, preparing project estimates, developing resource plans, and compiling project status reports
Experience with SOX Controls & Compliance
Experience managing project teams composed of resources from multiple vendors/organizations
Experience reviewing software documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, manuals, test plans/cases, test scripts and test reports
Experience training/mentoring junior level personnel
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Project management: 3 years
Preferred
BA/BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
