Responsibilities

Manage various projects under the P&E Team with a focus on balancing competing priorities and timelines.
Collaborate effectively with Project Leads (Senior Project Managers), colleagues, and external partners.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed work plans to ensure timely project execution.
Organize and facilitate project team meetings, ensuring alignment with deliverables and timelines.
Track progress on action items, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot as needed to keep projects on track.
Serves as liaison with external partners, fostering strong relationships.
Manage logistics for learning events and facilitate sessions or activities as required.
Engage with the Learning Design Team to enhance the quality of learning experiences, contributing to the development of knowledge, processes, and resource accessibility.
Collaborate with the Project Manager for Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning to oversee data collection, management, analysis, and reporting processes.
Ensure that all data-related activities align with project goals and contribute to informed decision-making.
Support the development of various written materials, including internal and external proposals, progress reports, and documentation that communicates project progress and outcomes effectively.
Participate in internal capacity building experiences to build knowledge on the science of early childhood development and how to communicate it effectively to diverse audiences.
Take on other project-related responsibilities as assigned to support the P&E Team's mission and goals.

Required

3-5 years professional experience in areas related to project management and program implementation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Possesses a B.A. in a relevant field, including children, youth, and families; social services; public health; public policy; program evaluation; or other interdisciplinary experience
Has experience planning, running, and/or facilitating executive leadership/professional development programs
Approaches problems with a sense of curiosity. Takes initiative. Adapts as circumstances, objectives and deliverables change.
Reflects and learns from own and others’ experiences and demonstrates ability to collaborate with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and levels of expertise.
Makes effective decisions that advance tasks and activities for which this position is responsible, seeking input from others as warranted; clearly frames decisions that need to be made by the SPM or team and concisely lays out all relevant considerations when sharing with supervisor or other decision-makers.
Brings a knowledge of early childhood development (ECD) or demonstrates eagerness to learn about the science of ECD to inform effective learning engagements.
Understanding of and commitment to addressing issues affecting communities facing disparities.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to and foundational knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging principles and brings an anti-racist/anti-bias lens to their work.
