Responsibilities
Oversees the project's objectives, budget, timeline, and deliverables
Will collaboratively with all centers of excellence, other Alkami departments, external partners and vendors to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and organizational goals on all projects
Use leadership skills and clear communication to supervise, assign work tasks, and motivate the team
Will work daily in the workflow platform
Maintain communication with all team members to ensure projects meet the expectations of the target audience
Stay within allotted budget to ensure that all expenses are factored into the plan to reach the target ROI
Research and understand the audience being communicated to for each project
Track progress of each project and mitigate any risk that arise
Prepare activation guides for all projects and align the schedule
Keep communication lines open and up-to-date with the project team and stakeholders
Ensuring that the team is utilizing available time on the job to increase productivity and efficiency
Develop timelines and ensure all team members have resources and prioritize tasks to adhere to those dates
Ensure that all aspects of the project meet expected performance standards
Execute projects from start to finish
Work with team to evaluate success and ROI

Required
5+ years of marketing experience, project management or account executive experience in an agency or in-house setting
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent related work experience
Content idea creation and content strategy experience
Project management experience
Vendor management experience
Proven working experience in a project management role required
Proven track record designing and executing successful project execution for B2B
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Exceptional time management skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional and professional verbal communication skills
Solid experience with workflow platforms
Preferred
B2B/SaaS sales-led or product-led experience
Ad Agency experience
Marketing strategy experience
Data analytics experience
Knowledge and use of AI tools like ChatGPT
Monday.com experience
