Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting project performance and implement corrective actions.
Manage risks by identifying potential obstacles and developing mitigation strategies.
Oversee scope management to ensure that all project requirements are met without scope creep.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Confluence and VersionOne for documentation and tracking progress.
Maintain project documentation, including technical writing of reports, status updates, and meeting minutes.
Monitor project performance through metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
Proficiency in project management software such as Redmine, Confluence, or VersionOne.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and practices.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and risk management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective technical writing.
A relevant degree or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
