Responsibilities
Project manage cross-functional teams of individuals from Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to complete client specific document requests.
Apply working knowledge of proposal strategy, planning, competitive positioning, concept presentation, outlining, problem resolution and review in order to manage proposal and client-facing documentation development.
Ensure documents align with the most recent brand, creative design, and product information.
Develop a strong rapport and trusted relationship with clients and all internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Deploy and monitor third party RFP and bid aggregating solutions and escalate and make known active opportunities identified to key stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate the delivery of client specific security assessments, documents, and onsite audits between the Sales and Information Security teams.
Develop and maintain key performance metrics for gauging and improving the overall processes in place.
Act as a resource for clients, and internal subject matter experts for questions and problem resolution.
Partner with Sales Leadership to determine and maintain prioritization of documentation requests from across KNA.

Required
Bachelors - Business, Technology, or Related Field
3+ years of experience supporting business relationships. Document writing and management, project management, client relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence without authority within team and various departments; work collaboratively across multiple departments
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrates strong leadership skills through clear communication and confidence
Ability to hold others accountable for timeline commitments.
Ability to consistently execute with minimal supervision
Demonstrate a positive, can-do approach
