Responsibilities

Lead project management efforts supporting payer team operations, from developing opportunities through ongoing relationship management.

Provide on-the-ground support to help execute planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day activities.

Develop detailed project plans, route deliverables, supply status reports, and supervise the implementation of key initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional team meetings.

Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating expansion processes and procedures and proposing solutions that better meet the needs of the organization.
