Responsibilities
Role will lead and manage multiple project teams. Develop and execute resource plans, track progress, manage budget, scope, schedule, and change requests.
Interfaces with Project Stakeholders on developing the project plan, defining milestones, and driving implementation of projects from plan and build phases through operational readiness.
Track, measure, and communicate progress of the project to management and stakeholders, managing risks and adapting project plans as required.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems, ensure deliverables align with the strategic vision of the organization, and assist in analysis, testing, support, training, or other tasks as necessary.

Required
Bachelor's in Business or Technology
6-8 years of experience
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects or initiatives
Strong program or project experience with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Relevant experience; must be able to understand Infrastructure Technologies and able to join brainstorming sessions
Able to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose alternatives using basic root cause analysis
Excellent facilitation and organizational skills; able to interact and collaborate with technical resources and influence people on cross-functional teams
Must be comfortable working on concurrent projects or activities with shared resources
Demonstrated leadership or management experience
Passion for effective processes and methodologies that will improve productivity for the organization
Ability to own and drive issues to resolution; good time management skills and a clear sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills
Excellent attention to details, strong documentation skills; written, reporting/analyst and diagrams/workflows
Able to adapt to fast-paced/dynamic environment while managing potential changes in priorities
Ability to work with varying levels of the organization, both internal and external
Strong time management skills and a clear sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal skills, including both oral and written skills with a strong sense of customer service
Preferred
PMP license preferred
